Your detailed job description or outline provides us with an image of the skillset your looking to fill your vacant position. We can help you refine your job description and will provide tips for how to make it stand out, if needed.
Provide a Job Description
Our agreement clearly lists our terms, fees, your requirements, and requested time-frame for how long the candidate search should last. The agreement will have our signature agreeing to your terms. Your signature indicates you agree to ours and are ready to move forward.
All Parties Sign Our Recruiting Services Agreement
Generally, we post your job on several trusted job boards, and begin filtering through applicants for the top applicants. We will then present you with that list. Based on your feedback, we'll schedule and interview the candidates you're most impressed with. We interview candidate virtually, and we record the interviews to assist you with narrowing down the list of candidates.
This process can be customized according to your needs. For example, we can have as many interview rounds as your require to find your perfect candidate.

Our Contingency-Based Recruiting
A Win-Win for Fleets

For recruiting, the word contingent refers to a contract recruiter or agency’s commission being dependent (contingent) on their ability to fill a position for a company. With contingency recruiting, the recruiting agency, such as
PremierFleet Pro - Hires, earns a fee only if a company hires a qualified applicant referred by the recruiter or agency.
The recruiting industry standard contingency-base fee is between 20% - 30% of the salary of the filled position. However, we only charge 15% to make our recruiting services affordable for fleets. So with nothing to lose, using us to find your next candidate is a smart and worthwhile business investment.
