This is a hard question that every fleet needs to ask themselves about their telematics' service provider. It's well known that telematics is a necessary investment that helps fleets protect their vehicles, assets, and drivers. When you think about the possible risk it reduces, telematics is a worthwhile investment when fairly priced.


However, with the vast availability of telematics providers on the market, fleets should evaluate their provider from time to time, to ensure that they are still receiving the level of service they deserve.

 2. You haven’t heard from them in a while, and quite possibly not since you signed up


 3. They put you on auto-pay without even meeting you (Yikes)


4. You don’t have a dedicated account manager.


5. When you reach out to Support with an issue, the reply is a bunch of flowery nonsense

    doesn't answer your question.


6. When you signed up, you were greeted with a 'process' and a bunch of stuff to read, in

    place of a human.


7. You receive monthly email newsletters, but no one ever reaches out to ask you how            you’re doing or if you need anything.


8. No one has ever asked you what your pain-points are, yet you’ve been with your                  provider for more than a year
